United States (Domestic)

We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to:

• APO/FPO/DPO addresses
• U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands)
• Washington D.C.

Note: Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may require additional 1-2 business days.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping will be available soon. Please check back for updates or contact our customer service team for more information.

Order Processing Time

• Standard Orders: 1-2 business days
• Express Orders: Same day (if ordered before 2 PM EST)
• Overnight Orders: Same day (if ordered before 12 PM EST)

Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Order Cutoff Times

• Standard & Express: 5:00 PM EST
• Overnight: 12:00 PM EST

Orders placed after cutoff times will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Options

• Standard Delivery: Left at doorstep (signature not required)
• Express & Overnight: Signature required for delivery
• Hold at Location: Available upon request

Address Requirements

• Complete and accurate shipping addresses required
• We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for express or overnight orders
• Address changes must be made before order processing
• Residential and commercial addresses accepted

Shipping Damage or Loss

In the rare event that your package is damaged or lost during shipping:

• Contact our customer service within 3 days of delivery
• We will investigate with the shipping carrier
• Replacement or refund will be provided
• Photo documentation may be required for damage claims

Holiday Schedule

During peak holiday seasons, please allow extra time for processing and delivery:

• Black Friday - Cyber Monday: Extended processing times
• Christmas Season (Dec 15-25): No overnight guarantee
• New Year Period: Limited processing
